Most of my clientele when I started real estate were first time homebuyers, typically through open houses. I would also find flip or rental homes for our own business and for another investor as well. I also help my first time homebuyers build their wealth through leveraging their first purchase as a rental home, and using that income and equity to purchase a second home.
