I help seniors and their out-of-state families when it's time for a life transition to a senior community or when a loved one transitions off this planet. Many seniors live alone and the only people left to handle the real estate are long-distance adult children. I'm happy to be that local liaison who will get the job done in their best interests.

Because of the HomeSmart Referral Network, I've also helped many people move to the area and find the perfect home in the perfect area to meet their needs. I'd love to take care of my AGS friends' clients as well. I'm happy to provide referral compensation.

I've been licensed since 1999, practiced in Alpharetta, GA from then to 2009. I then served as the Qualifying Broker for a business broker firm specializing in the automotive business niche until 2022. When we settled in Bradenton, FL I was working on a charity project that was very hands-oriented, so my favorite podcast to listen to was Jennifer's "Confessions" - and with that I decided to rev up my residential business again! It's been a great 3 years since I joined Agent Grad School.

The home we bought in Bradenton came with a nice sized backyard that includes a stage, two old live oaks, one banyan tree and various palms. We dubbed it the 41st Street Music Patch. My husband and I love music and love gathering people, so in January 2024 we started the "Under the Live Oaks Concerts & Connections" series. Once a month we bring in a different musical artist (either local or traveling through the area) and host a house concert for our friends and the people we've met in our networking circles. We request a $20 per seat donation which goes directly to the artist. It's a great avenue to help me raise my profile in the community, and an added opportunity for more relationship building.
