Northern CO, Boulder and Larimer counties (spanning Lafayette, Longmont, Lyons, Loveland and in between) I focus on populations who need the most help when moving: downsizers, first-time buyers, and those with sensory differences in thier households. I migrated my AGS processes into a different database that provides more visual cues and clarity for clients who have a hard time tracking tasks, and understanding how decisions relate to one another. It also provides a central location for mapping deadlines for multiple contractors so clients never wonder who is doing what, what is expected of them, and what decisions need to be made. In my non-real estate life I am also a foster and adoptive parent, fierce advocate for people living with disabilities, and the proud parent of an autstic child. |
