Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex & Surrounding North Texas Cities An educated client is an empowered client. That’s why I provide exclusive resources, including books I wrote for buyers and sellers, to bridge gaps in the real estate process. Clients often say, “No one has ever told us that before.” I’m dedicated to ensuring my clients have the knowledge and resources to make confident decisions. I also host free homebuyer webinars to simplify the buying process and help buyers avoid pitfalls. Whether someone is new to real estate or a seasoned seller or buyer, I’ll guide them with clarity and insight every step of the way. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I worked in sales and marketing for the residential construction industry producing tradeshows for home builders and remodelers across the nation. I also published coffee table books showcasing top-tier luxury residential architects and interior designers. A native of the area, the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex has been my home since 1974. I grew up in the Park Cities and lived in Denton while attending the University of North Texas, where I received my degree in advertising and marketing, Over the past few decades, I've lived in Fort Worth, Carrollton, Addison, Plano, and Las Colinas. Currently, I reside in the Flower Mound/Highland Village area with my two sons and my husband, Dan. I consider myself a diligent communicator and skilled negotiator. Because of this, I believe in asking the right questions and listening. This is key to my clients reaching their dream real estate goals. I'm also a self-proclaimed statistics nerd when it comes to market data, and love to use it to teach and guide my clients along their journey. |
