Welcome to Agentgradschool.com (the “Site”). Agentgradschool.com is the web site for Agent Grad School, LLC (“AGS” or “we,” “our,” or “us”). AGS offers unique training and educational opportunities for real estate agents aimed at helping them maximize professional success. Any and all use of the Site, our linked web forms, the Agent Grad School Student Portal (which are all to be deemed part of the “Site” hereunder), and participation in our program are subject to this Privacy Policy.
AGS values our relationship with you and respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the types of information, including Personal Information, that we gather from you when you use the Site, as well as your choices regarding use and disclosure of your Personal Information. As used in this Privacy Policy, the term “Personal Information” means information that identifies you personally, alone or in combination with other information available to us.

By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Site.

Information Collected by AGS
When you use our Site, AGS collects information (i) that you knowingly and voluntarily provide (such as through forms or profile screens) including registration/account set-up information, and (ii) that we are able to collect from your web browser, cookies and other similar technologies.
We may aggregate and/or anonymize all information that we collect from you, including Personal Information, for the purpose of market research on brands and products, marketing campaigns, and advertising.
Information that you Knowingly and Willingly Provide
We collect information that you knowingly and voluntarily provide when you use our Site (such as through web forms or profile screens), including registration/account setup information, profile details, and payment information. We primarily use this information to fulfill your transaction requests. You can choose not to provide us with certain Personal Information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of the Site or other available features we offer. The information that we collect and use includes the following kinds of Personal Information:

Non-Personal Information; Cookies
We collect standard information about Agentgradschool.com and Agent Grad School Student Portal users such as IP addresses, browser type, operating system, what you searched for, referring and exit pages, the dates and times of visits, and other Site usage behavior (“Site Visitation Data”). Site Visitation Data is used to administer the Site and provide general statistics regarding the use of the Agentgradschool.com and linked websites. We may also use Site Visitation Data to display advertising or send targeted email marketing messages you may find interesting and to suppress advertising that might not interest you.
When you visit our Site we may store information about your web session and assign you one or more cookies. Your browser will store these cookies on your computer in a small text file, and if you return to the Site the cookie may be read. For example, when you decide to log in, we store encrypted information in your browser so you don't have to log in on every page. Cookies are not linked to your Personal Information.

AGS may disclose your Personal Information in the following instances:
Agents. We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples of such functions include fulfilling orders, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing technical support, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. We share our users’ Personal Information with these agents as we deem necessary for such third parties to perform their functions.
Employees. Only authorized employees have access to your Personal Information.
Advertisers. Third-party advertisers and advertising platforms also may serve targeted ads as part of our Site. Please be aware that the information practices of third-party advertisers or platforms collecting data on our Site are not covered by this Privacy Policy.
Other Users. Please remember that any information you share in public areas of our Site, such as on message boards or feedback sections (including such areas where access is restricted to registered users), is no longer private and anyone may take and use that information. Posts in these areas of our Site are not subject to this Privacy Policy.
